Description

The Otoflash G171 polymerizes all light-curable
materials in a range of 280-580 nm and, thus, enables
the production of lightcurable workpieces of different
consistencies and pigmentation as well as the implementation
of UV-lacquerings.
Also workpieces produced by means of 3D-printing
methods can be postcured excellently by the Otoflash.
Due to its technical configuration, the Otoflash
G171 enables particularly short curing times: In the
operating mode, 2 flash-tubes fitted at the bottom of
the curing chamber produce 10 very intensive lightflashes
per second between 280-580 nm. This leads
compared to other methods to a substantially better
curing quality, resulting in very good physical characteristics
and reduced residual monomer content
(high biocompatibility).
